Here’s a tutorial video for some web editing program called NVU. The guy has a relaxing voice and what I believe is called a Southern drawl? Or maybe it isn’t? Forgive me, I’m Canadian.

Funnily enough, my grandfather speaks almost exactly like that (though differently than this guy), albeit a tad faster and not with as deep a voice. But this guy has quite a few of the same speech mannerisms. Interesting.
OT: I like the computer tutorial related videos you find, mr. Soothetube. They’re both relaxing and informative.
I was born in Georgia myself. I used to hear this kind of laid-back gone-fishin’ sort of Southern accent while living there quite a lot. I think this fellow is likely from the South or perhaps even some Southwestern places like Texas.
