I love Chomsky. He’s a genius and an incredibly compassionate individual, offering a great alternative view of our own American society and culture that I think anyone would grow if exposed to. I would encourage anyone to consider his audiobooks both for relaxation and enlightenment.
I wonder if those stacks of books are his natural office habitat or if they were stage…I’d love to be surrounded by stacks and stacks of books.

Agreed. I think anyone who went to college can relate. The combination of pressures to impress yourself and compete at the same time sorta forces you into this mentality of test scores above all else. Heck, with the star tests its the same principle but younger people.
